We do not accept mail-in photos.
PC format only.
GIF or JPG/JPEG format only.
Optimal image size is 200 pixels (w) x 200 pixels (h) 72 pixels resolutions per inch.
All images will be adjusted for optimal image size, file size, and resolution.
247ForRent.com will not use images with people in them.
If you want the photos/floorplans named, you must included them with the each image. The image will be labeled below image.

360 Virtual Tours Specifications

Many managers already have 360 degree views of their properties. We ask that the size of the file is not over 130 KB. If you need 360 degree views produced in the Twin Cities, MN area, we can help you starting at $50 per property visit. If you are outside the Twin Cities area, you can check with a local realty office to find someone in your area able to create your 360 degree views. Please note the name you want on the link. Examples: (Pool area, 2 bedroom apartment, & clubhouse)

Audio files Specifications:

You can have up to a 2 minute Realplayer file attached to your informational page. You can create a "wav" file on your computer. "Wav" files are very large files too large to email or download from the Web. You convert the "wav" file to Realplayer audio file by downloading a free copy of Presenter One Basic by Realplayer. See attached link: http://forms.real.com/rnforms/products/tools/presenteronebasic/index.html or you can send us your "wav" file by burning the file onto a CD and U.S. Mail us the CD. We will convert the "wav" to a Realplayer audio file.

If you want us to produce your audio file, you can send us the text. Production costs is $50 per audio message if we have to produce the audio file from your text.
